Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus

Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus is a 2.5D Metroidvania centered around Japanese mythology. Play as the titular hero Bō as you explore the world of Denkai. The presentation of the game is based on Japanese artwork, and the world itself draws much inspiration from Japanese geography and history.

As an Audio Director & Lead and also solo Sound Designer, taking the lead on all the audio for the project, and alongside Mexican composer Moises Camargo music tracks, we are taking care of designing and crafting a beautiful soundscape made up of japanese folklore instruments and sounds, using an adaptive methodology in FMOD and Unity Implementation for this upcoming adventure which will see light early 2024.

One hundred years ago, the world was torn to pieces after a war against a terrible enemy, but the pain suffered by the land was miraculously eased when a sorcery cleansed all that is unholy. Nevertheless, the world remained in turmoil, and when magic was again blamed for the catastrophe, one of the kingdoms on the continent of Legica gave refuge to the mage society, while others began to hunt down wizards. In the midst of this reignited conflict, a man robbed of his memories awakens in a familiar yet unfamiliar new world.

With the Kickstarter campaign taking off very soon, I am taking the Sound Design lead and direction, using adaptive audio in FMOD and Unity and working alongside numerous talented voice actors and composers like Dale North or Morgan Cosseron.

Hardin, a member of the D.H. School's soldier training department, during a school trip, he is involved in a plane crash. Tragically and bewilderingly, Hardin is forced to search for the mysterious island where he washed up.

For this project, I'm taking care of part of the soundtrack and the audio design both. As an invited Music Composer and designing the sounds for the UI and the combat.

Rivalia is an ARPG / Roguelite singleplayer video game, with a cartoon art style that aims to combine the best of both genres. Taking control of 4 different characters you will face a series of challenging adversaries that threaten life as you know it. The game takes place in the castle of Rivalia, whose reality has been distorted due to a powerful spell. The mission of our heroes will be to regain control of the castle by doing away with its curse and bringing peace to the kingdom.

I worked as a sound designer for main characters and bosses in giving sonic identity to our principal actors for this project.
